Shipping
Silver Compass Designs ships via USPS. Your order will be made to order, and will be shipped out within 10 business days. You will receive an automated email with tracking info when we ship. If we have any problems with your order, we will contact you via email.
For orders consiting only of small items (such as counters or markers) shipping is a flat $3.50 for domestic orders to the USA regardless of how many items are ordered. Orders to Canda or Mexico are charged a flat $11.45; orders to the rest of the world are charged a flat $14.00.
If you order any number of larger items (such as model kits) shipping is calculated based on the number of large items in the order. Any small items are shipped at no additional charge with the purchase of any larger items.

**PLEASE NOTE** that international orders may be charged additional import taxes/duty by your local government - check with your local post office before ordering. The customer is responsible for all import duty/taxes. All customs forms will be marked as "merchandise".
Returns
If you are not satisfied with a purchase from Silver Compass Designs, please contact us by email or call us 402-884-7415. Unpainted and unassembled products may be returned for a full refund or exchange of equal value.
Payment
Silver Compass Designs uses Paypal as third party payment processor. Paypal is one of the internet's leading payment processors. All financial data collected by Paypal is NOT shared with Silver Compass Designs; Paypal accepts your payment then Paypal pays SCD. This method of order payment is more secure for the customer, and reduces liablity for Silver Compass Designs. All refunds are executed as refunds through Paypal.
